Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of ohim.lat and the services offered through it by Ohim Septic. When you use the site, call the number shown on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Ohim Septic Does

Ohim Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work for Themselves

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct providers. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@ohim.lat.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Ohim Septic or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ohim Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of the site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.
