How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want each homeowner who reaches out to Ohim Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Ohim Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have an issue with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Ohim Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@ohim.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also be able to help.
